Qaisar Naseem has spent more than 20 years working for the tourism industry of the Maldives and during his long journey with Villa Hotels allowed him to grow from general line staff of the resort operations to the very top of the hotel management. He holds an MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Diploma in Hotel Management.
His achievements and Awards includes Best General Manager Global (World Luxury Awards 2017), Best General Manager Indian Ocean (World Luxury Awards 2015) and Lifetime Achievement Awards (Ministry of Tourism, Maldives 2018).
His most longest service to the company was to Paradise Island Resort where he led the team as General Manager and transformed the property to the best performing property of the group. Under his strong leadership, the property underwent several upgrade works prior to its establishment of new market position. His last job portfolio with Villa Group was Group General Manager under which he was responsible for the management of all Villa Group of Resorts. Currently he is involved in the development of a boutique hotel management concept for small scale hotel investments and private consultancy works.
